We spent a most amazing day today at Paihia School. Khismira is the guru for ipads and today she showed us how to make a simple animation using reading resources. What a privilege it was to share with her. Thank you Dianne for the delicious homemade carrot cake. Check out my slide show below to see some of the learning from today.

Time to reflect and share with colleagues

• What did I learn that increased my understanding of Manaiakalani kaupapa and pedagogy?

That the Learn is about Effective teaching and accelerated learning! Recognise- Amplify-Turbo!

• What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow as a professional?

I learnt how to organise my folders in Gmail and how to filter sender emails so that the important emails are at the top and the starred emails follow and all other emails are in another list under the first two.

• What did I learn that could be used with my learners , capability or workflow in my personal life?

I will utilize the google calendar so that I can see what needs to be done in my school life as well as my personal and business lives.
